Details:
Following the retreat of the enduring frosts at the beginning of 2006, work began on preparing and processing the surface layer of arable topsoil. This was followed by landscaping the terrain and the excavation of ponds and islands.
Work was complicated by the high groundwater and water-table levels. Drainage measures were performed in order to rectify this problem. Reconstruction of the golf course itself is now under way.
